08/10 NEWS & UPDATES Racing has been tough this year..
The team has had a rough time geting the handle on our new Lightning chassis and bad luck has been haunting us.
Crashes that were simply out of our control and trying to learn a new chassis has really slowed our progress and hampered our goals for the 2010 season..
On a bright note, as of late we have started to turn the corner posting a couple good finishes..
We have also started to understand what our chassis needs set up wise to be fast.. It's defiantly been a learning year.
With the new chassis knowledge that our team has obtained over the past season I know we will be fast right out of the box for the 2011 season.

After great deliberation a decision was made that Williams Racing will once again, for the first time in three seasons be competing exclusively at Lawrenceburg Speedway in 2010.
The decision was made that we will compete at all events on the posted schedule and make a chase for the coveted points title. A brand new Lightning Chassis has been ordered and will be completed before the first race of the 2010 season.
Much needed sponsors are currently being sought for the 2010 season.
The Roger Williams #32 Racing Team will also be joining forces with 3 time track Champion Brad Wieck and the BB1 Racing Team. We will be working together as team mates for the 2010 season. This merger will allow our two teams to share information and resources to better the results of both.. The ultimate goal will be for both teams to finish 1st and 2nd in the 2010 points challenge.

The decision has been made that Williams Racing will again be competing at the ever famous Rockingham Speedway on January 1st 2010 in the second running of the Polar Bear 150!
After a good 6th place run in the first annual Cherry Bomb 200 held this past July 4th weekend our team feels the need to go back and challenge for a win at Rockingham. We are beating teams that have a lot more pavement experience than we do, and we are having a blast doing it.
Information about our next Kimmel Series Race will be posted as it becomes available.
